I help women navigate stress, overwhelm, and major life transitions by working with the body—not just the mind. Through somatic coaching, yoga, and nervous system awareness, clients learn how to pause before reacting, regulate emotions, and make more aligned choices without turning on themselves. My approach is warm, practical, and deeply rooted in self-trust, helping people feel more at home in their bodies and more in charge of their lives.
This work just makes sense. It helped me stop reacting and start responding in a way that actually feels true to me. This isn’t just in your head. It’s in your body.
