Headquarters Mental Wellness is a directory that helps people in Michigan find mental wellness providers. We don't provide care ourselves and we're not a substitute for clinical judgment. Use the site responsibly, keep your account secure, and treat other people on it with respect. If something on the site doesn't look right, email info@hqmentalwellness.com.

By using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What it is. A directory and information service. We help you discover practices, providers, events, and resources in Michigan, and we let providers create and manage public listings.

What it isn't.A clinical service. Headquarters does not provide therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Listings are submitted by the providers themselves; we don't verify clinical credentials beyond what providers attest to. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement.

Crisis. Headquarters is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call 988 or text 988 (988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call 911.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password secure, give us accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, attempt to harm the service or other users, or misrepresent who they are.

You can delete your account from your dashboard at any time.

If you list a practice or provider profile, you confirm that:

• You're authorized to list the practice and individuals you list.
• The information you provide — credentials, licenses, services, fees — is accurate and current.
• You'll keep the listing up to date.
• You comply with the laws and professional standards that apply to your practice.

We may edit, hide, or remove listings that appear inaccurate, misleading, or non-compliant.

Practice listings are paid subscriptions. Pricing is shown during signup. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future charges but doesn't refund the current billing period. Payment is handled by Stripe, our payment processor — we don't store full payment card details ourselves.

Don't use Headquarters to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or providers.
• Practice outside the scope of your license or credentials.
• Solicit clients in a deceptive way or make unfounded clinical claims.
• Attempt to break, probe, or scrape the site.
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through the platform.
• Impersonate someone else, including another provider or practice.

Headquarters provides a messaging feature so that members and providers can communicate. Don't share clinical information or anything sensitive that you wouldn't want stored on a third-party system. We may review messages in connection with abuse reports or legal requirements.

Site design, code, copy, and branding belong to Headquarters Mental Wellness. Provider listings — text, photos, logos — belong to the provider who posted them; by posting, you grant Headquarters a non-exclusive license to display that content on the site and in materials that promote the directory.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Headquarters disclaims warranties of any kind regarding the site or any information on it, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that providers are qualified for your specific needs, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Headquarters Mental Wellness and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or any provider you find through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Headquarters in the twelve months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

If your use of the site causes Headquarters to face a claim from a third party, you agree to indemnify and hold Headquarters harmless from that claim and reasonable costs of defending it.

We may suspend or close any account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason we consider in good faith. You may stop using the site at any time. The sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
