Meet the Team

Fees & Insurance

I strive to make the financial side of therapy as transparent as possible. My private-pay rate is $150 per session, and I am in-network with BCBS. If you're using insurance, your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your individual benefits and deductible. Most sessions are 50 minutes in length, with longer appointments available when needed. If you have questions about fees, insurance coverage, or payment options, please don't hesitate to reach out—I'm happy to help you understand your options.

This practice accepts insurance. Contact them to confirm which plans are in-network and to verify your coverage.

For clients using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill upon request. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for therapy services. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to better understand your specific coverage and benefits.
