Practice Overview

Stemming from an IFS and PRT approach to therapy, I help clients get curious about the patterns that keep them stuck and understand what’s happening beneath the surface—not just manage the symptoms that brought them to therapy. I especially enjoy working with clients who are ready for deeper work: making connections, exploring the roots of their patterns, and actually experiencing something different rather than only understanding it intellectually. My work is integrative and may include IFS-informed and attachment-based therapy, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, EFT Tapping, and other experiential approaches. I work frequently with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, relationship issues, grief, and burnout. I also love working with clients who want to explore spirituality as part of therapy. There’s room for intuition, energy, manifestation/Law of Attraction, spiritual guidance, meditation, tarot—or simply curiosity about something beyond what traditional therapy tends to make space for. I believe lasting change comes from more than insight or learning another set of tools. Therapy offers the opportunity to experience something different within a genuine relationship—to feel understood, challenged, accepted, and safe enough to try new ways of relating to yourself and others. My style is engaged, intuitive, down-to-earth, and real, and after 25+ years as a therapist, I still believe the relationship is where some of the most powerful change happens.
Real change comes through corrective experiences—finally feeling seen and understood in a way that allows you to experience yourself differently. From there, the changes you want to make in your life begin to follow.
