Welcome! I am Michelle, I am so happy you chose self-care by being here. I am a licensed clinical therapist and Reiki Master Teacher in Michigan with 28 years of professional work experience. I use a unique holistic/spiritual approach, incorporating the mind, body, and spirit as they all go hand in hand. I utilize mindfulness techniques to really help you retrain the brain from negative thoughts that often lead us down the rabbit hole of anxiety, depression, and hopelessness that can keep us stuck. I can provide guidance with career, relationships, trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, low self-esteem, codependency, stress management, grief/loss, spiritual healing, manage being an empath or highly sensitive person, neurodivergent, and healing on all levels! I think it's extremely important to recognize thought patterns, limited beliefs, repeated behaviors, and old programming that get in the way of our everyday life. This might include relationships, your career, how you view yourself, and how you hold yourself back. My techniques that I use depend on each individual and where they are at. I have many tools that I have learned over the years. I use a combination of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic regulation of your nervous system, strength-based modalities that are uniquely tailored to each individual.
