Hello, I'm Claire. I'm honored that our paths have crossed. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when a safe space is created to slow down, reconnect, soften, and listen to the wisdom within. Through yoga, reiki, mindfulness, breathwork, sound healing, ceremonies, herbalism, somatic therapy, retreats, and holistic wellness practices, I support individuals in cultivating greater self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and connection. I'm simply a guide, space holder, and witness to your beautiful and unique healing journey. Like many people, I spent years moving through life on autopilot. After a severe car accident I was left feeling anxious, depressed, stagnant, disconnected, and battling PTSD until a profound period of transformation emerged. What began as a personal healing journey became a calling that I am incredibly passionate about. By learning to trust my intuition, I discovered the practices that would ultimately lead me home to myself. I have devoted the last 5 and a half years to being a trauma informed, grounded, safe, and authentic holistic practitioner. My mission is to create supportive and nurturing spaces where others can explore their own depth and heal their roots. Whether through movement, energy work, meditation, sound healing, or community gatherings, my intention is to help others feel seen, supported, and empowered. You don't have to carry it all on your own, we are meant to be held by our community. At the heart of everything I offer is a simple intention: to help people remember their innate ability to heal, grow, and thrive.
