At The Giving Tree Collective and Soothe Your Soul, we believe workplace well-being begins with connection — to self, to others, and to purpose. Our Corporate Wellness Programs are designed to help teams reduce stress, increase focus, and build resilience through holistic, experiential approaches that blend relaxation, mindfulness, and leadership growth. We offer customized on-site or in-studio experiences including: Private team events and corporate retreats in our serene Oxford location — featuring access to our yoga studio, salt room, and relaxation spaces. Leadership development workshops and mindset coaching facilitated by certified business and life coach Jen Todd, focused on conscious communication, emotional intelligence, and authentic leadership. Wellness classes and workshops such as private yoga, meditation, breathwork, and stress-reduction sessions designed to support both mental clarity and team cohesion. Organizations can partner with us to host single-day wellness experiences or ongoing programs that nurture employee morale, reduce burnout, and foster a culture of well-being and purpose.
