Complimentary 15-minute consultation — a brief, no-cost chance to connect, ask questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. Private-pay rates (for clients not using insurance): • Initial Intake & Assessment — $200 • Individual Therapy (53–55 minutes) — $165 If you're using a plan I'm in-network with, your cost depends on your plan's copay, coinsurance, and deductible. Sliding-scale fees may be available on a case-by-case basis, depending on financial need. If you're uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you generally have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges — just ask before scheduling.

Superbills can be provided for clients who wish to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement from their insurer. Reimbursement is not guaranteed — please verify your out-of-network benefits and estimated costs with your plan before your first appointment.
