I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I’m especially passionate about working with couples. Whether you’re hoping to strengthen your connection, work through challenges, improve communication, or figure out what comes next for your relationship, I’m here to help you navigate those conversations. Additionally, I am a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, which means I offer premarital counseling that includes a personalized assessment. The assessment helps us identify your relationship’s strengths and areas for growth so that our time together can focus on what will be most meaningful and helpful for you as a couple. I also enjoy working with individuals who are navigating anxiety, stress, or life transitions. Wherever you find yourself, we’ll work together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward greater clarity and confidence.
