About Me
As the founder of Next Stage Evolve - Women's Wellness Coaching, I understand how endometriosis, PCOS, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum mood disorders, and perimenopause have a way of stealing more than just physical discomfort and hormone fluctuations; they wear away your spirit and identity. It is mentally exhausting to constantly be advocating for yourself, the quiet grief of putting life on hold, and the isolation of feeling like no one in your daily life understands this weight you are carrying. We spend so much of our time just surviving the day that our goals, identity, and emotional well-being get pushed to the background. I created New Stage Evolve Women's Coaching because living with chronic female health conditions shouldn't mean pressing pause on your future, and you shouldn't have to carry the emotional toll alone. Think of this space as having an objective friend, someone who gets the raw reality of the woman's life cycle without you needing to explain or justify yourself. Alongside that deep empathy and zero judgment, I have 20+ years of experience caring for women as a provider. I'm here to offer a space to unload, the practical tools to help you protect your boundaries and energy, and the grounded guidance to help you rebuild your momentum on your own terms. With over 20 years of clinical experience as a board-certified Advanced Practice Nurse (Certified Nurse Midwife) and Registered Nurse, alongside my work as an academic clinical instructor and doctoral candidate, I specialize in guiding women through critical health and life transitions, from PCOS, endometriosis, and infertility to pregnancy, postpartum mood disorders, the profound shift into motherhood, and perimenopause. My coaching practice bridges evidence-based women's health insights with deep human empathy, providing a compassionate, structured space to process complex diagnoses, navigate bodily changes, set healthy boundaries, and restore control over your well-being. I can provide clinical knowledge to help you understand what you are experiencing, while giving you space to vent, brainstorm solutions, and navigate your path forward.
