About Me

Sarah Domin is the founder of Live Vibrant @ Four Directions Alchemy, a healing, hypno-coaching, sound, and ceremony practice in Ludington, Michigan. Her work blends Multidimensional Healing, Reiki, sound healing, meditation, hypno-coaching, intuitive insight, and ceremony to support people through stress, transition, identity exploration, spiritual growth, emotional heaviness, and deeper self-understanding. Sarah works with people who feel tangled, overwhelmed, disconnected, or quietly aware that something in their life is asking for attention. Many of her clients are thoughtful, intuitive, sensitive, or self-aware people who are ready to understand themselves more honestly and reconnect with their own inner knowing. Her approach is gentle, grounded, and participatory. Sarah creates space for people to settle their body, clear what feels heavy, notice the patterns underneath the surface, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels honest, practical, and deeply personal. She is also an ordained minister and practicing ceremonialist, supporting meaningful thresholds, transitions, and sacred moments with care and intention.

Background & qualifications

My background includes many years of study, practice, and lived experience in healing work, human behavior, spirituality, and personal transformation. Four Directions Alchemy opened in 2019, and Live Vibrant grew out of the healing, intuitive, sound, and ceremonial work already happening in that space. Before opening my practice, I spent years working in community mental health, where I learned the value of steady presence, careful listening, de-escalation, and meeting people without judgment. My training and studies include Reiki, sound healing, hypno-coaching, meditation, shamanic studies, earth-honoring and spiritually expansive healing practices, religion and spirituality, nervous-system support, and holistic health. Some of this training has been through formal certification programs, and much of it has grown through decades of personal study, practice, mentorship, lived experience, and ongoing curiosity about how the human system works. I am a Reiki Master, Hypno-Coach, Sound Healing Practitioner, ordained minister, and practicing ceremonialist. My work is not built from one single method or credential. It is an integrated practice shaped by study, experience, intuition, integrity, and a deep commitment to helping people reconnect with themselves in a grounded and meaningful way.

Fees & Insurance

Fees vary by service, session length, and container. Private sessions generally begin at $188 for a 90-minute Multidimensional Healing session. Hypno-Coaching is offered as an 8-session container for $1,200, with a two-payment option available. Alchemy of You Mentorship is an ongoing monthly integration container with two sessions per month. Pricing and fit can be discussed during a welcome call. Alchemy of You Immersive is a private, in-person deep-dive experience starting at $850. Corporate wellness sessions, private group sound baths, ceremonies, and custom experiences vary by format, location, and length. I do not bill insurance. HSA/FSA funds may be usable for some services when they are recommended by a licensed medical provider for a specific health need and documented with a Letter of Medical Necessity. HSA/FSA eligibility is based on IRS qualified medical expense rules, not whether a service is covered by insurance. Please check with your HSA/FSA administrator or tax professional for your specific situation. Payment is due at the time of booking or service, depending on the offering. If you are unsure which session is the right fit, you are encouraged to start with a welcome call.
