About Me
Hi, I'm Sarah, founder of Live Vibrant @ Four Directions Alchemy in Ludington, Michigan. My work lives at the intersection of personal development, spirituality, intuition, and the patterns that shape how we experience life. I've always been fascinated by the human system: how belief becomes behavior, how the body carries experience, how intuition speaks to us, and why parts of us seem to know long before the mind catches up. I believe there is intelligence in what we experience, even when it feels confusing or uncomfortable. My work helps people understand themselves more deeply, recognize what is asking for attention, and move with greater awareness and choice. My approach blends practical self-understanding with spiritual and intuitive exploration. I draw from holistic, mind-body, spiritual, and personal-development practices in ways that respond to the person and what will best support them in that moment. I spent many years in community mental health, and my background includes study in hypnosis, energy work, shamanic and earth-honoring practices, spirituality, meditation, sound, nervous-system support, and holistic personal growth. I'm also an ordained minister and ceremonialist with a love for meaningful rituals that help us mark change with intention. At the heart of my work is the belief that people already carry more wisdom, resilience, and inner knowing than they often realize. My role is to help create the space where those things become easier to hear.

Background & qualifications
My background includes many years of study, practice, and lived experience in healing work, human behavior, spirituality, and personal transformation. Four Directions Alchemy opened in 2019, and Live Vibrant grew out of the healing, intuitive, sound, and ceremonial work already happening in that space. Before opening my practice, I spent years working in community mental health, where I learned the value of steady presence, careful listening, de-escalation, and meeting people without judgment. My training and studies include Reiki, sound healing, hypno-coaching, meditation, shamanic studies, earth-honoring and spiritually expansive healing practices, religion and spirituality, nervous-system support, and holistic health. Some of this training has been through formal certification programs, and much of it has grown through decades of personal study, practice, mentorship, lived experience, and ongoing curiosity about how the human system works. I am a Reiki Master, Hypno-Coach, Sound Healing Practitioner, ordained minister, and practicing ceremonialist. My work is not built from one single method or credential. It is an integrated practice shaped by study, experience, intuition, integrity, and a deep commitment to helping people reconnect with themselves in a grounded and meaningful way.

Fees & Insurance
Fees vary by service, session length, and container. Private sessions generally begin at $188 for a 90-minute Multidimensional Healing session. Hypno-Coaching is offered as an 8-session container for $1,200, with a two-payment option available. Alchemy of You Mentorship is an ongoing monthly integration container with two sessions per month. Pricing and fit can be discussed during a welcome call. Alchemy of You Immersive is a private, in-person deep-dive experience starting at $850. Corporate wellness sessions, private group sound baths, ceremonies, and custom experiences vary by format, location, and length. I do not bill insurance. HSA/FSA funds may be usable for some services when they are recommended by a licensed medical provider for a specific health need and documented with a Letter of Medical Necessity. HSA/FSA eligibility is based on IRS qualified medical expense rules, not whether a service is covered by insurance. Please check with your HSA/FSA administrator or tax professional for your specific situation. Payment is due at the time of booking or service, depending on the offering.
