About Me
If you're a new therapist - or even an experienced clinician who sometimes feels overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure if you're "doing it right" - I'd love to connect. I remember feeling the same way. I had the education and passion, but turning that into confident, effective therapy, especially with high-risk clients, felt overwhelming. Over time, I developed practical tools and approaches that helped me build confidence, create structure, and truly enjoy the work. As my career evolved, I found myself mentoring and supervising other therapists facing the same challenges. I discovered that helping clinicians grow became just as meaningful to me as working with clients. I love talking through interventions, assessment, treatment planning, case conceptualization, boundaries, and even the realities of private practice. I provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can ask questions, process difficult cases, strengthen your clinical skills, and leave with greater clarity and confidence. My goal is to help you feel grounded, capable, and equipped with practical strategies you can immediately apply. You don't have to figure it all out alone. Together, we'll work through the overwhelm, build your confidence, and create a foundation that allows you to focus on what matters most - helping your clients.
