About Me
You already know this is hard. You have tried talking, explaining, punishing, staying calm, and still end up yelling, feeling guilty, and wondering what went wrong. Your child may seem out of control, constantly whining, refusing, rejecting, or pushing boundaries while you and your partner parent completely differently. Or maybe you are expecting a baby and already feel overwhelmed. Pregnancy and new motherhood can feel scary, and emotionally confusing. Anxiety, ambivalence, sadness, identity shifts, or relationship struggles are more common than people admit. Right now, it feels impossible. But it’s not! I help parents understand the message behind infant and child behavior and respond in ways that support emotional growth and connection. I offer online parenting classes, counseling and individual therapy designed to support parents through developmental “hiccups,” behavioral struggles, family transitions and the emotional challenges of becoming a parent. Strong leaders build strong teams—and parents are the leaders children need most. I am here to support you gain knowledge, practical tools, and a renewed sense of joy and adequacy in your parenting.
A good start lasts forever!
