Maribeth Flake, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Always in My Heart Counseling Services. She offers a welcoming, hybrid practice with virtual sessions and unique, in-person therapy at the barn in Washington Township, Michigan. Maribeth has dedicated her career to supporting young people and adults alike, welcoming clients ages 5 and up. She loves balancing her week between a diverse mix of individuals, tailoring her care through a variety of modalities: Trauma-Focused Care (TF-CBT): Gentle, evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy designed to help children and teens process and heal from trauma. Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy: Trained through the HERD institute, Maribeth partners with her therapy horses to offer powerful, experiential healing during in-person weekend sessions at the barn.
